Whether you are just taking a walk along the beach, training, or competing is a big race, OutdoorID gives you the peace of mind that, should anything happen, people will know who you are, whom to contact on your behalf, and if you have any special medical conditions.

Each DogtagID is made individually to your specifications so you choose what product and design you would like. The WristID, HelmetID, MedicalID & PetID are all designed so you can write your individual details on them.

Basically anyone who participates in an outdoor activity may find the security and peace of mind of have an OutdoorID - whether it be a WristID, HelmetID, MedicalID or DogtagID......even your pet with our PetID.

Because we are an E-Commerce site there is security in place to ensure the safety of your order and credit card information. We have noticed on occasions that high security business firewalls may hinder the Check-Out phase on our site. If this occurs we recommend that you use a home based computer. This does not make your purchase transaction any less secure. If you continue to have problems please let us know.

Yes, your product is covered by a 12 month guarantee. We have made a quality product and see no reason why it should not last for many years of use.

If you are not sure what you want, or are buying for a friend or relative, why not buy a Gift certificate. They are valid for 12 months from purchase date for different denominations. You just need to know the recipients’ email address (or we can email yourself) and they can redeem for the product of their choice, with the details they require.

We can arrange to have your own image on the dogtagID if you wish. It will depend of the image you want. There may be an additional charge to do this, dependant on any requirement for additional work to get the image through our processes. In certain circumstances we may waive this fee. Supply your image in 'Photoshop .eps' or 'Illustrator' and we shouldn't have any problems engraving it. The best thing to do is contact us about it, and we can discuss your needs.

That is fine. For a single item the same charges will apply due to the processes required. However if you want a larger quantity we may look at special pricing for you. Also refer to our Corporate page, and contact us about your needs.

If there is an error made, and we have made that mistake, just let us know and we will correct the problem free of charge. However, if the error was caused by mis-keying or mis-selection on your part, you may incur additional charges. We can just replace a plate or dogtag for you if required. Just contact us and we can arrange for you.

This varies dependant on the product. With our DogtagID product and its personalised manufacture, delivery will be a combination of 5 working days for manufacture + shipping time/method. For all other products ordered it will vary dependant on your shipping method chosen. All non-DogtagID products will be despatched within 1-2 working days of receipt of order......Also refer to "How long does shipping take?"

Basically, we will keep all of your information private and it is never sold or distributed to other parties. Refer to our Privacy Policy for the full details.

We suggest that for DogtagID you rinse under the tap after each use to remove any build-up of dirt, sweat, grime etc. The WristID, MedicalID, Shoe ID & Pet ID are fine to put through the washing machine to clean.

Our dogatgID product is made in New Zealand with the help of local suppliers. Other items are manufactured in Canada or China.

We use New Zealand Post for all of our shipping. They recommend the following shipping times for parcels.
Regular Post in NZ (1-3 working days for delivery) Fast Post in NZ (1-2 working days for delivery) Worldwide Shipping (3-10 working days for delivery) [If this method is chosen it will be shipped via Airmail]...... For orders to Australia please visit www.outdoorid.com.au...... Shipping rates are dependant on the value of the order and will be calculated automatically for you.

You have received the Discount Card because either you or someone you know has recently purchased an ID from Outdoor ID. Use the Coupon Code to receive the discount during check-out once you have made your purchase. The Coupon Code is valid for 6 months after initial purchase. If you are not sure if it is still valid then just contact us to ask.
