Helmet ID Instructions

Fix ID sleeve to helmet (left side) pocket facing rear of helmet
Fix warning decal to helmet (opposite side)
Complete ID Card with a fine tipped permanent market
Insert completed ID card into sleeve

Shoe ID Instructions

Complete ID card with appropriate details
Insert ID Card into Shoe ID internal pocket
Thread Shoe ID within laces (or Velcro straps) of your shoes, secure via the velcro strips

Medical ID Instructions

Complete ID card with appropriate details
Insert into band
Attach to your wrist as is comfortable

Pet ID Instructions

Thread collar through first stretch ring – to the underside of the Pet ID
Then through the other stretch ring
Complete the ID Card using a fine point permanent marker
Insert ID Card into pocket of PetID
